This game is a walking simulator where you play as Estelle. It’s the end of a season in this world and your task is to go out and document the season before it ends. You will meet some people, and you will learn about some events that shaped this world. A central theme is about forgetting and loosing yourself.
I kind of liked this one. You travel around on your bike, you take pictures of things and record sounds. You also talk to people to learn their stories. The game is very slow paced and relaxing. There is no way to fail at anything. You just need to have an inquisitive mind.
It’s strange for me to say this but it felt like the game could’ve been longer. It felt like it left a lot of topics unresolved. I never quite understood the role of the Grey Hands, and what really made the season end.
