The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe

There was a time when it felt like more or less every indie game was somewhat a comment on game making. Thankfully that trope got tired pretty quickly.

This is a game about choices in video games and of different endings. It is a very short experience, but you’re expected to play it over and over to find all the endings.

The narrative is amusing, but very repetitive and predictable. It stops being fun pretty quickly. I played some of the Ultra Deluxe “extra content” as well. It was amusing in the same vein.

Not quite worth the $15 I spent on it. I rate this game as GOOD.

Rating: 3 out of 5.
